I sat by the window today watching the world go on. I watched the trees bend with the wind....back and forth, like they were having a conversation. I looked up at the sky, so flawless and beautiful. Then I looked to myself and felt like the world was going on without me. I see these people walking around campus, most I don't give a second thought to but there are those few that just render me speechless....a couple so in love that you can almost feel the overwhelming happiness radiate from them....he leans over and takes her hand and no longer are they two separate people....their hands mold together to make one.
Is love put on this earth only to be experienced by certain people?
I sit and ponder this question and can almost feel the void in me growing so big that I'm sure it will break. I'm so used to feeling incomplete that I wonder if this is how I'm destined to spend the rest of my life. What kind of life is a life without love.....to me, not much of one at all!
